If I was given a dollar bill every time someone asked about fresh water, we could gamble in Vegas for about two days with no problem.

Look, we're still catching fish despite fresh water run off. Here are a few photos from the past days. Enjoy. Remember to be safe on the water and keep an eye out for weather.

Most fish are either being caught over deep shell or area shorelines near hard sand with grass patches.

The fish are still holding a winter pattern for now, especially on cold nasty days. Now, get geared up for a fast transition when the water surface temperature hits that magic 70 degree mark. Due to dipping water temperatures or falling tides, trout have been relocated to guts near deeper bayous leading out of back lakes of Espiritu Santo Bay and San Antonio Bay. We have found solid fish stacked in these areas but nothing with substantial size. ...more....
